Walkthrough & moisture map

We assess visible growth, take readings on framing, drywall, and subfloor, and identify the water source. No charge for the initial visit.

Containment setup

Poly sheeting, negative-air pressure, and a clean exit corridor. The work zone is sealed before any material is disturbed.

HEPA air scrubbing

Commercial HEPA scrubbers run continuously for the duration of the project. Air exits the work zone cleaner than it entered.

Material removal

Drywall, insulation, and trim that can't be cleaned are bagged, labeled, and disposed of per Texas waste guidelines.

Surface treatment

EPA-registered antimicrobial on every framing surface, joist, and stud. Wood is cleaned, treated, and re-tested for moisture before close-up.

Documented closeout

Photographs, scope summary, and (when required) coordination with an independent licensed Mold Assessment Consultant for clearance verification.
